2025 LOCAL COUNCIL ELECTION RESULTS FOR THE SHIRE OF CHRISTMAS ISLAND

The WA Electoral Commission has officially declared the successful candidates of the 2025 Local Government Election this morning 20 Oct 2025 under s.477 of the Local Government Act (1995)(WA)(CI). The successful candidates are Cr Tracey KREPP, Cr Stephanie LAI and Cr Gordon THOMSON. Their terms commence today, through to Oct 20 2029.

Ballot papers are now available for early voting in the Shire of Christmas Island LGE,  In-person early voting will be available from 8am-12pm tomorrow (Friday 19/9).
