The Council at its ordinary meeting held on 27 July 2021 passed the following resolution.

The Shire Council to seek comments from the community on the proposed redevelopment of Lot 601 through Public Notice.

The proposed redevelopment of Lot 601 which the SOCI has a Management Order for covers the open area beside the CLA

The proposed redevelopment is shown as below and is available on the Shire of Christmas Island website – www.shire.gov.cx

Public comment is open for 21 days from 29 July to 4pm Close of business 19 August 2021 and should be forwarded to the CEO at Shire.CEO@shire.gov.cx
